Christopher Terry currently lives in Westport with his wife Donna, their children Mariah and Brandon and their corgis, Max and Maggie.
When Chris and his team are not busy helping customers and clients, Chris is spending time with them, enjoying the many lifestyle features and benefits living in Westport and Southern New England offers. He was born in the U.S. Navy Hospital in Key West Florida, and settled in Portsmouth, Rhode Island in 1968 where his parents still live in the same home Chris was raised in. Chris has traveled the country to complete sales training through North Americas leading industry sales trainers and professionals. He holds a real estate broker license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a Master Sales Society Member, and a 3-time winner of the Master Sales Society 5/50 Award. Chris has been in practice since 1992 and founded WPI South Coast on a set of core values to guide the philosophy and direction of the firm. He and his team offer the convenience of one-stop services, including Seller Agency, Buyer Agency, Home Warranty, Credit Repair, Rental Services, Distressed Property Help and more throughout South Coast MA and RI.
